- Split Shipments: If you order multiple items from different vendors, your products will arrive in separate packages and potentially at different times. You will receive distinct tracking numbers for each unique package.
- Processing Times: Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process, verify, and package before being forwarded to international shipping carriers.
- Delivery Estimates: Regular shipping to Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and global destinations generally takes between 7 to 21 business days, depending on custom clearance speeds and domestic postal networks.
2. Customs, Duties, and Import Importation
- For international items dispatched directly to your address, you are considered the importer of record.
- Shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees levied by destination customs authorities (such as Saudi Customs).
- Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ArabandMarket has no control over these regional regulatory charges.
3. Returns and Refund Windows
We offer a 15-day return window from the date your tracking status confirms successful delivery. To qualify for a return:

- Processing Timelines: Once the returning vendor validates receipt and inspection of the package, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (PayPal or via Moyasar gateway). Please allow 5 to 14 business days for banking systems to post the funds to your account statement.
5. Unclaimed Packages and Wrong Addresses
ArabandMarket is not responsible for failed deliveries due to input errors made by the customer during checkout (e.g., incorrect street number, wrong telephone number). If a package is returned to our global supplier due to being unclaimed or rejected by the recipient, any reshipping fees or original transit costs will be deducted from your final refund balance.
