1. Marketplace Nature and Role
ArabandMarket operates as a multi-vendor online marketplace and cross-border dropshipping platform.
- We provide a platform that connects independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”) and global product suppliers with buyers (“Customers”).
- When you purchase a product, you are purchasing it directly from the designated Vendor or fulfilled via our dropshipping supply chain network.
- We facilitate transactions, payment processing, and customer support, but we do not directly manufacture or physically hold stock for items listed unless explicitly stated.
2. User Account and Eligibility
- To purchase goods or register as a user, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a legal guardian.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout. Any false delivery details may lead to shipment failure at your own expense.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Billing
- Currency: All transaction totals, local taxes, and delivery fees are processed in the currency specified at checkout.
- Payment Gateways: We securely process payments using PayPal and Moyasar (upon local regulatory site approval). By placing an order, you authorize our third-party billing networks to charge the selected payment method.
- Taxation: Prices are subject to applicable value-added tax (VAT) as mandated by the Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and regional Middle Eastern tax offices, where applicable.
4. Product Listings and Accuracy
- Vendors and suppliers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for their items.
- We attempt to be as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or visual imagery are error-free, complete, or entirely precise. Slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to international manufacturing streams.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Violating the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Electronic Commerce Law, or any international consumer laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, or scraping product directories.
- Engaging in fraudulent transaction behaviors or attempting unauthorized modifications to the WooCommerce codebase.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Saudi Arabia, ArabandMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our marketplace, delays in international transit, or product faults caused by independent manufacturing suppliers.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
